Check out the Chicken Fillet Double. I don't know if they have this thing outside of Japan, but it looks pretty awesome. I was afraid to order it, but I foresee myself getting one soon. I went for the seasoned chicken to the left of it.
This KFC is in a mall here in Fukuoka. Thought you might want to see what one looks like here in Japan so I snapped a quick picture while we ate.
In the US it's called the "Double Down".
