Trash Bags in Japan a Ripoff!!


10 trash bags for 525 Yen!! What a ripoff!!  To make matters worse you have to buy special bags for your area, or they wont pick them up.  It seems like a scam to me, but I am sure there is a "reason"...

    Yeap, this sounds rather scammy. Can you get the same type bags at a one-coin shop?
